4th Kiel Food Science Symposium

Das 4. Kieler Food Science Symposium findet vom 24. bis 25. Mai 2016 im Max.Ruber-Institut in Kiel statt.

The symposium will address up-to-date research on food safety and preservation, authenticity and traceability of foods, microbiota of food and gut, and health aspects of foods, with the main focus being on dairy products and seafood.

Internationally recognized experts will present plenary lectures:
